LTC Roderick Hammond
Professor of Military Science
A native of Mobile, Alabama, Lieutenant Colonel Hammond graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 1992 with a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering degree. He was commissioned as an Infantry Officer. He now holds a Masters degree in Military Arts and Sciences. Lieutenant Colonel Hammond joined the Sun Devil Battalion in the summer of 2009.

Assistant Professor of Military Science / MS III Instructor
Born and raised in Evanston, Illinois; Captain Jason Mammoser graduated in 2002 with a Bachelors degree in United States History. He is a distinguished military graduate from the Arizona State University Army ROTC Program. Branched Infantry, CPT Mammoser served five years on active duty before returning to Arizona and joining the Arizona Army National Guard. He re-joined the Sun Devil Battalion in January 2008.

Sergeant First Class Joshua D. Grzywa was born in Chicago, Illinois. He enlisted in the United States Army as an Indirect Fire Infantryman on 11 August 1999 at Fort Benning, Georgia. SFC Grzywa is married with one child and is currently pursuing his degree in Organizational Management.
