Orientation Week
Orientation Week
In order to get new cadets introduced to their peers and to the University of Virginia, the Army ROTC program at UVA has instituted an orientation week (also known as O-Week). O-Week activities include issuing uniforms and equipment, introduction to the cadet and Army rank structure, an assessment physical fitness test, assistance moving into the dorms, a parent’s barbeque, a ropes course, and a day trip to King’s Dominion.
